Kadama Preparation :


Kadama is a seasonal fish ( We don't get this all the time in the local fish markets )
Cleaning this fish is quite a difficult task ( I suggest you to buy and clean the fish in the market itself don't go for cold storage )
You can either cut it into round rings or else go for vertical stripe. Then you can prepare as how you prepare chilli/pepper fish
My Personal favored is slight gravy spicy with pepper :)


The Best Places to try Kadama in Chennai :
1) If you are little bothered about the hygiene the best place to have is Chennai Beaches Marina or Besant Nagar
2) We have many sea food restaurant but the availability is a little less
